Delivery and Returns policy
Delivery in the UK (excluding postcodes BT, IM, GY and JE)
All goods are sent on a next day delivery service. We currently dispatch goods on a Wednesday and Thursday, to reach you on a Thursday or Friday. You do not have to wait in for the delivery to arrive, the carrier does not require a signature. We do, however request that you leave instructions when you place your order (in the box on the booking form) for a safe place to leave the parcel, preferably out of full sun.
Delivery Areas and Exclusions
We deliver to all UK postcodes excluding: BT, IM, GY, JE
We are currently unable to deliver to The Highlands and Islands, using a next day courier, but please ring us on 01454 300 300 to discuss your requirements.
We are very proud of our products and services. If you are not delighted with your purchase for whatever reason please get in touch and we will happily seek to put things right.
Not happy with the Product?

Order Damaged in Transit?
Please let us know as soon as possible if your purchase was damaged in transit or seems in poor condition when you unpack it please, please, contact us immediately. We might then ask you to send us a photograph if possible so that there is no doubt as to the item’s condition on arrival with you. However, provided that you have contacted us within 48 hours of receiving the problem plant we will happily arrange for a refund or replacement once we have received the picture(s) and determined the cause of the problem.
