Description

Organic Blooms is a Social Enterprise that has emerged from 12 years of health and social care service delivery.  We grow beautiful seasonal British cut flowers and herbs – sustainably and without the use of artificial chemicals. We hope that our journey from a ‘therapeutic horticulture’ project to a commercially viable business employing people with disabilities and support needs will both inform and inspire people to create their own Social Enterprise – creating opportunities and making real change in their communities.

Growing cut flowers is therapeutic, at Organic Blooms we use all the wonders of working with nature to benefit local people with disabilities and support needs. We have adapted our working nursery and employ specialist staff to support people to gain valuable skills and the confidence to get into work.

If you love flowers, care about where they come from and how they are grown, then an Organic Blooms workshop could be just what you’ve been looking for!
